Conscientious needs a Makeover

Conscientious doesn't only need new hosting (which is, btw, already being set up - thank you for all the recommendations); it also needs a makeover. The blog is run using Movable Type, and in the past I used one of the default template sets (which I tweaked a little). For the "new" version, I'd like to make things look a little nicer.
